About Alex Randall Kittredge
Alex Randall Kittredge helps technical founders and CEOs go from 0 to 10, translating complex organizational challenges into strategic clarity, grounded in data, history, and human insight. With 9+ years leading transformation initiatives across Fortune 100s, PE-backed ventures, and high-growth startups, he specializes in operationalizing strategy, integrating M&A acquisitions, and designing change programs that stick.
Kittredge has led people and strategy initiatives across hedge funds, private equity platforms, and growth-stage companies, including roles as Senior Program Manager and Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Global Industrial (NYSE: GIC), Chief of Staff to the CEO at Everly, an Eldridge portfolio company, and Assistant Chief of Staff and strategic projects lead within Standard Industries’ investment ecosystem.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of APR Strategic Consulting through which he helps scientists, investors, and senior leaders design scalable operating systems, de-risk deals, and build multi-threaded careers. He is the author of the popular Substack newsletter ARK Strategy, with an estimated audience is excess of 9,000 subscribers across all platforms.
Kittredge holds degrees from Columbia University and the University of Cambridge, along with executive education in strategy execution and organizational leadership from Harvard Business School.
